IMPORTANT INFORMATION AND UPCOMING EVENTS:  

Tues, Feb 14 is Valentine's Day.  Follow directives sent home of how to dress.  Also, they may bring cards or small treats to share with the class. 

Thurs, Feb 16 is our Pep Rally.  Follow the dress code sent home for the day. 

Presidents' Day holiday- NO SCHOOL on Fri, Feb 17 or Mon, Feb 20. 

Vocabulary Note:  As we start Theme 3, vocabulary words will no longer be copied for the students.  They will be responsible for solely using their own notes to study.  I will put up the answer key each week for them to make corrections as necessary to their notes, thus their notebook should be correct to use as a study guide in preparing for the test.  This is another step for students in becoming INDEPENDENT LEARNERS as they prepare to enter the Middle School building next year.
